Review of Implementation of 2008 Fishery Management Plan
In 2008 the Nith District Salmon Fishery Board published the River Nith Catchment Fishery Management Plan as part of a Scotland wide initiative, funded by the Scottish Government, to set out the future management of all Scottish rivers. This plan is cyclical and is now in its final year. We have reviewed the work carried out and have now published that review.
